Executives at the American Standard Testing and Consulting Laboratories had been charged with fraudulence for falsifying papers on both public and private projects. Sources have said that all projects dating from the year 1997 till 2009 had been fabricated in which the company had made millions of dollars on various projects. Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance have mentioned on Thursday that "The amount of falsified tests is staggering". On the other hand, the owner of the American Standard Testing and Consulting Laboratories Alan Fortich, his brother Alvaro Fortich and some four other engineers have pleaded not guilty to charges of enterprise corruption and other related crimes at the Supreme Court in Manhattan. However, Fortich had been released on a $250,000 bond while the others were released in exchange of their passports. They, the prosecutors, have declared that investigation have begun into the two companies had done at Yankee Stadium couple of years ago.
